YUNG SHYANG CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, established in 1980, started to produce paint for metal substrates. Today the company is known by both its Chinese and English name (Y. S. Paint). Over 30 years in paint business, Y. S. Paint locates in Taichung, Da Li, has accumulated rich and valuable manufacturing experience. Mr. Lin, president of Y.S. Paint, from the beginning onwards, was and still is leading and driving person. In consequence even today, Y.S. Paint still continues to contribute its experience and knowledge to the paint industry.
YS’s catalogue is now universally used as the main reference book for the painting industry
Y.S. paint’s main products, at present time, include: metal baking paint, waterborne paint, PUR powder paint, PU two component liquid paint, ABS plastic paint, and screen printing ink. Along with these, Y. S. Paint also specializes in all kinds of special effect painting for bikes.
Y.S. paint launches several color catalogues every year, in order to visualize our innovative products and designs. Special catalogues are provided for liquid paintings, powder coatings, and waterborne paint. Due to our long term research in painting and coating, YS’s catalogue is now universally used as the main reference book for the painting industry. As customers start to individually design their products, they use YS’s catalogue color numbers as a reference.
Y.S. paint currently has three production bases to form a more efficient supply system. These bases are located in Taiwan, Taichung City (headquarter), Guang-Dong, Shuenn-Der City (China), and in Jiang-Su, Nan-Tong City (China). With all these bases, Y. S. Paint annually produces average 2,000 tons of paint, with sales totaling nearly 20 million USD.
Y.S. paint, with the R&D base still locates in Taiwan, had acquired ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate in quality and environment in 2006 and conducted ERP system into three bases in 2010, now is capable to control all products at the same quality condition with stable and simultaneous raw material usage and manufacture process.
